Witmas

Even though today is witmas for all those Waterford students out there you don’t have to splurge on your food it’s ok to have a dinner and a pudding but don’t go to hard on the alcohol as that is full of bad chemicals that harm your body and is full of empty calories that is bad for you so just be careful to what your are consuming

Your results

Well it’s been a few weeks now and even though this whole process wasn’t about loosing weight, it was a nice benefit. If you haven’t felt like you’ve lost it on the scale that doesn’t mean you haven’t lost inches as we all know muscle weighs a little more then fat!
You should measure yourself to see those results

safety

exercise can  be risky—especially if it’s been a while since you’ve worked up a sweat, or if you have any health conditions (including obesity) that could increase your risk of injury. So, it’s important to know how to keep yourself safe, and avoid potential problems before they happen

Likewise, if you have any chronic medical conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or arthritis) or risk factors (such as smoking or being more than 20 pounds overweight), and have not discussed exercising with your doctor, you should do so before beginning. Exercise is often an important part of the treatment for such conditions, but you may have some limitations or special needs that your doctor can tell you about

And always  remember the golden rule of exercise safety: start slowly, and build up the intensity and duration of your exercise gradually. Trying to make up for lost time, or go from couch potato to exercise maven overnight, is a prescription for problems.

It’s the simple things that count!

It’s not all the hard work you do to get fit, it’s the small but simple things that count like walking up stairs instead of taking the elevator or parking your car far away from your destination so you have to walk a little further.
Not only that but eat fruit instead of chocolate and drink less fizzy drinks.
These small things help whilst getting fit and healthy, so why don’t you try it out yourself some time!

They provide you with a recipe whit the day which is obviously different everyday but I think they always look yummy!
It provides different recipes for different meals of the day I recommend you look at it especially as it’s free where could you possibly go wrong

Relaxing time

20131110-210902.jpg

It’s nice to know that after all your hard work during the week it’s nice to have a day where you can relax in front of the fire especially when the weather is so bad like this rain that never seems to go away. Just keep in mind that no matter how much hard work you do each week it’s ok to have a break every once in a way.
Don’t over do yourself only do what you can
